Appointments

Urgent appointments

  • Our urgent appointment list opens every weekday (Monday to Friday) at 8am.
  • Please call us as early as you can if you need help the same day on 01827 50575
  • If you need a doctor to visit you at home, please call before 10am if possible.

If your problem has been going on for a while or you want to talk to a certain doctor, we may ask you to fill out an online form. If you need help, our reception team can help you with it.

To keep everyone safe, we can only speak to a certain number of patients each day.

Please be kind to our reception team.

When you contact us, we will ask what’s wrong so we can send you to the right person to help you.

Routine appointments

We now use a new system to make sure you get the right care at the right time.

  • For non-urgent problems, please fill out the online form on our website.
  • This service is open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6:30pm.
  • A trained doctor or nurse will look at your request within 3 working days and decide the best way to help.
  • You will get a text message (or a phone call if you prefer) to let you know what will happen next.

If you find the form hard to fill out, our reception team are happy to help.

Just like with urgent calls, we will ask what the problem is so we can send you to the right person.
