We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

A PPG is a group of patients, carers, and GP practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience, and work together to improve the services provided by the practice.

Our Aims:

To foster good communication between the practice and patients
To promote patient involvement in the development of services
To help the practice meet the needs of the community it serves

What Does the PPG Do?

Our group:

Meets regularly (in person or online)

Acts as a "critical friend" to the practice

Yes. Members do not discuss personal medical matters and respect patient confidentiality.

Do I need to attend every meeting?
No. You can join in the way that suits you—regular meetings, virtual discussions, or just giving feedback occasionally.

Can I be involved remotely?
Yes. We also welcome members of our virtual PPG who stay in touch via email or online surveys.
